Committee Purpose & Description
The committee exists to ensure all Lots remain in compliance with community Bylaws and Covenants. The Governance Committee Chair will make every effort to reply to submissions and communications in a timely manner. Please remember this committee is comprised of volunteers.
Covenant Violations & Complaints - How To
We offer multiple ways in which you can submit violation forms. The preferred method would be completing the online form at the bottom of this page. You may also print and mail the form to the association, email the form to governance@martinmeadows.com or turn the form in at the monthly meeting of the board of directors.
Requirements For Complaint Submissions
In order to process a submission of potential non-compliance with our community covenants, the follow criteria must be included:
- Date Of Violation
- Lot # Of Violation (Lot Map)
- Description Of Violation
- Covenant Article & Section Of Violation
- Photo Documentation Of Violation (If Available)
- Witness Statement (If Available)
Submissions shall be for one violation at a time. Submissions listing multiple violations will not be processed.
Form Submissions
The Committee kindly asks that Covenant Violation Form submissions be turned in prior to the next monthly meeting of the Board of Directors.
