ARB Guidelines
Project Description
Please describe your project in detail indicating what you plan to build or paint. Include materials, dimensions, finish, and color.
Form Submissions
The Board kindly asks that ARB requests be turned in prior to the monthly meeting.

Section 1. Setback Lines
Subject to the exceptions hereinafter mentioned, no building or any part thereof may project beyond the following set back lines:
- 35 feet from front property lines
- 10 feet from side property lines
- 25 feet from rear property lines
Section 2. Measurements
Where lots have curved property lines, setback distances shall be taken at right angles with tangents to the curve. All other setbacks shall be measured at right angles to the property lines
Section 3. Property Survey / Site Plan
Where required, please include your Property Survey or Site Plan with markup. If you do not include this with your submission, you may experience delays in processing your request.
Section 4. Paint Color Swatches
Where applicable, please include samples of your proposed paint color swatches. If not included, you may experience delays in processing your request.
